【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of PDCA nursing on the negative emotion of inpatients with fracture. Methods: 126 cases of fracture in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 63 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the study group were treated with PDCA cycle management on the basis of routine nursing in the control group. The anxiety and depression status of the two groups of patients before and after nursing, health promoting lifestyle and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results: The nursing research group and control group SAS, SDS scores had no significant difference (P>0.05), nursing after compared with control group, SAS and SDS scores, the study group showed significantly lower scores (P< 0.05); postoperative 1H VAS score of the two groups had no obvious difference, not statistically significant (P>0.05). And after 24, 48 and 72h compared with the control group, the study group VAS scores were significantly lower (P< 0.05); compared with before treatment, two groups after nursing health promoting lifestyle scores were significantly increased (P<0.05), and control group patients nursing after the comparison, the research group score significantly high (P<0.05); the satisfaction of patients in the study group total nursing was 82.5%, control group total satisfaction was 65.1%. Compared with the control group, the study groups nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: PDCA nursing can enable hospitalized fracture patients with anxiety, depression and other negative emotions are significantly improved, can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients, also can make the inpatient fracture effectively reduce sense the pain of the patients, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and can make the patient to nursing satisfaction improved.
