合用莫沙比利与瑞巴派特在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中的治疗有效性研究

摘要	观察对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者合用莫沙比利、瑞巴派特治疗的效果。方法观察对象选择于2020.5~2022.5就诊于我院消化内科的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者90例，随机抽签法施以分组观察，施以莫沙必利单用疗法的45例患者分入对照组，施以莫沙必利、瑞巴派特合用疗法的45例患者分入试验组，观察和对比治疗效果。结果比较对照组患者，治疗有效性试验组明显较好（P<0.05）；比较对照组患者，血清炎症因子（PCT、CRP）治疗后试验组明显较好（P<0.05）；比较对照组患者，临床症状（纳差、胃胀、嗳气、恶心呕吐）消失时间试验组明显较好（P<0.05）。结论对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者合用莫沙比利、瑞巴派特治疗效果突出，在治疗有效性、血清炎症因子、转归方面优势明显，建议推广。
Abstract	Objective: To observe the effect of mosapride and ribavirin on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods: 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from May 2020 to may 2022 were selected for observation. 45 patients who were treated with Mosapride alone were divided into the control group, and 45 patients who were treated with mosapride and rebaudite were divided into the experimental group. The therapeutic effects were observed and compared. Results: compared with the patients in the control group, the treatment effectiveness of the experimental group was significantly better (p<0.05); Compared with the patients in the control group, the serum inflammatory factors (PCT, CRP) in the test group were significantly better after treatment (p<0.05); Compared with the patients in the control group, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms (anorexia, gastric distension, belching, nausea and vomiting) in the test group was significantly better (p<0.05). Conclusion: mosapride and rebaudite are effective in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. They have obvious advantages in treatment effectiveness, serum inflammatory factors and prognosis. It is recommended to promote them.
