Abstract: Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of pain nursing in the nursing of patients with malignant tumor bone metastases. Methods: Randomly selected in January 2014 ~2016 year in January in our hospital of bone metastasis of malignant tumor patients treated with radiotherapy in 112 cases, divided into the observation group using random number method (n=56) and control group (n=56), the control group were treated with routine care intervention, the patients in the observation group received pain nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with anxiety and depression and the quality of life and pain. Results: before the intervention, the SDS score difference between SAS, two groups were not significant, no statistical significance (P>0.05); after the intervention, the two groups of patients with SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before intervention (P<0.05), and the patients in the observation group SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05); intervention the quality of life, comparing the differences between the two groups were not significant, no statistical significance (P>0.05); after the intervention, two groups of quality of life of patients were significantly higher than before the intervention (P<0.05), and the quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); to observe the condition of pain group were significantly lighter than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention in nursing care of patients with metastatic pain in radiotherapy in malignant tumor of bone, can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, improve the patients quality of life, and relieve the pain of patients, nursing effect is good, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
