摘要
人工智能技术的飞速发展推动翻译行业向“人机协同”转型,对翻译人才培养提出全新要求。本文聚焦理工类院校MTI教学,针对其在教育理念滞后、课程体系与机器翻译技术脱节、师资结构失衡等方面的现实问题,提出构建融合工科知识的课程体系、强化译后编辑能力训练、建设智慧教育平台及深化产教融合等系统性改革路径,以推动MTI教学从翻译技能训练向翻译能力赋能转变,为智能时代培养兼具语言素养与技术应用能力的高素质科技翻译人才。
Abstract
The rise of AI is shifting the translation industry toward human-machine collaboration, demanding new talent profiles. This study addresses key challenges in MTI programs at science and engineering universities—outdated concepts, curricula misaligned with technology, and faculty imbalances. We propose a systematic reform: integrating engineering knowledge into the curriculum, enhancing post-editing training, leveraging smart education platforms, and fostering industry-academy collaboration. This paradigm shift from skill-training to competence-empowerment aims to cultivate translators who are both linguistically proficient and technologically adept.
