【Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the liver capsule joint resolve depression paro cefoxitin treatment the curative effect of Parkinsons disease with depression and adverse reactions. Methods Selected our hospital in March 2014 - August 2016 treated 80 cases of patients with Parkinsons disease with depression, which were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40), the control group of 40 cases with matteo paro cefoxitin treatment. On the basis of observation group of 40 cases in the control group treatment and liver resolve depression capsule treatment. Contrast observed two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reactions. Results The observation group of patients with UPDRS Ⅰ, UPDRS Ⅱ, UPDRS Ⅲ, UPDRS Ⅳ, HAMD scores were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05), the observation group is significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 90.0%, and the observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than 35.0% pure western medicine treatment group was 75.0%, comparing the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Liver capsule combined therapy with matteo paro cefoxitin resolve depression depression has good clinical curative effect of Parkinsons disease, and can improve the symptoms of Parkinsons disease patients with nerve, and less adverse reactions, worthy of further popularization and application in clinic.
