摘要
目的 分析讨论情景模拟法在骨科临床标准化教学中的应用效果。方法 选眉山市中医医院于2024年1月-2024年12月期间的12名骨科临床护理实习生,随机分为监测组(情景教学)和对照组(常规课程教学),比较两组实习生成绩考核结果与教学满意度。结果 观察组实习生成绩考核结果[理论成绩(90.52±0.95)分,操作技能(83.21±3.34)分]明显优于对照组,对于教学满意度[教学行为(28.12±2.63)分,教学节奏(27.11±2.64)分,教学效果(28.18±2.31)分,教学内容(27.32±2.33)分,课程安排(28.76±2.26)分,教学态度(27.32±2.14)分,工作责任感(28.69±2.54)分]高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在骨科临床标准化护理教学中采用情景模拟法实施的效果明显,值得广泛推广与应用。
Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effects of scenario simulation method in standardized clinical teaching of orthopedics. Methods Select 12 orthopedic clinical nursing interns from Meishan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between January 2024 and December 2024, and randomly divide them into a monitoring group (scenario teaching) and a control group (conventional course teaching). Compare the performance assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns. The performance assessment results of the observation group interns showed that their theoretical scores (90.52±0.95) and operational skills (83.21±3.34) were significantly better than those of the control group. Their satisfaction with teaching behavior (28.12±2.63), teaching pace (27.11±2.64), teaching effectiveness (28.18±2.31), teaching content (27.32±2.33), course arrangement (28.76±2.26), teaching attitude (27.32±2.14), and work responsibility (28.69±2.54) were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of scenario simulation method in orthopedic clinical standardized nursing education has demonstrated significant effectiveness and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
