【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effects of writing and expressing positive emotions on anxiety and depression of hospitalized patients with liver cancer. Methods 118 patients with liver cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects, according to the random number table is divided into 2 groups, including 59 cases of liver cancer patients received routine treatment as control group, the remaining 59 cases add writing on the basis of conventional therapy, expression of positive emotions by patients as the observation group. The quality of life, sleep quality and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The study found that the observation group and the control group before treatment GQOLI-74 score was not significantly different (P>0.05); to enhance the quality of life of patients was two after treatment, the observation group patients quality of life scores than the control group increase (P<0.05); after treatment, the observation group of patients with sleep time and sleep duration are improved and better than the control group (P<0.05); two patients in group SDS, SAS scores were decreased after treatment, the observation group were greatly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of positive emotions in the treatment of liver cancer patients with sleep and anxiety and depression have a significant effect, compared with a single conventional treatment has a prominent advantage, suitable for clinical promotion.
