Abstract: Objective: to analyze the hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia between anxiety and depression status and social support, to provide data support for the clinical nursing of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia. Methods: 150 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 were randomly selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group on the basis of routine care, the social support system was strengthened, and the correlation between the social support score and anxiety and depression of the two groups was observed. Results: the patients in the observation group were social support, social support score is significantly higher than the control group, at the same time, groups of patients with anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group, the two groups have statistical significance (P < 0.05) data. At the same time, cerebral palsy hospitalized patients with anxiety and depression score was significantly correlated (P < 0.05), among them, the degree of depression score and total score of social support, subjective support and objective support score was negatively correlated (P < 0.05). Conclusion: cerebral infarction hemiplegia inpatients had a significant association between patients with anxiety and depression status and social support, through the strengthening of social support can effectively reduce the anxiety of hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia and depression, is worthy of clinical application.
