精神分裂症患者外周血氧化应激因子、IL-6、S100-β、NT-3的相关性研究

【摘要】目的:探讨精神分裂症患者外周血氧化应激因子、IL-6、S100-β、NT-3的相关性,为精神分裂症的诊断与治疗提供理论依据。方法:本探究研究对象为2015年12月-2016年12月期间在我院治疗的50例精神分裂症患者以及30例体检正常人员,分别设为观察组与对照组。通过精神分裂症精神症状(positive and negative syndrome scale,PANSS)评分将观察组分为阳性症状组(以阳性症状为主)与阴性症状组(以阳性症状为主),分别检测两组受检人员SOD、GSH-Px、NO、LPO、GSH等外周血氧化应激因子水平,并检测血清S100-P、IL-6及NT-3等蛋白因子的浓度水平。通过Pearson相关分析法进行相关性分析。结果:阳性症状组PANSS总分、阳性评分均显著高于阴性症状组,阴性评分显著低于阴性症状组,有统计学意义(P<0.05),一般症状评分无显著性差异(P>0.05);阳性症状组与阴性症状组SOD、NO 、GSH-Px无显著性差异,除LPO、GSH外均与对照组具有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性症状组与阴性症状组S100-P、NT-3无显著性差异(P>0.05),IL-6显著低于对照组,且两组均与对照组存在显著性差异, 有统计学意义(P<0.05);所有指标中,NO浓度与精神分裂症患者PANSS总分、一般症状分成负相关(r=﹣0.354,r=﹣0.342,P<0.05)、SOD与精神分裂症患者PANSS总分、一般症状分成正相关(r=0.354,(r=0.389,P<0.05),NT-3与阳性症状组患者一般症状分成正相关(r=0.376,P<0.05),其余指标均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:精神分裂的发生及发展可能与氧化应激因子、IL-6、S100-β、NT-3有关,且精神症状与SOD、NO以及NT-3具有密切的相关性。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the correlation of peripheral blood oxidative stress factors, IL-6, S100-β and NT-3 in patients with schizophrenia, and to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of schizophrenia patients. Methods This study object included 50 cases of patients with schizophrenia and 30 cases of normal people who were treated in our hospital from December 2015 -December 2016, patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the observation group were further divided into the positive symptoms group ( positive symptoms mainly )and the negative symptoms group ( negative symptoms mainly) through scores of schizophrenic symptoms (positive and negative syndrome scale, PANSS) ,peripheral blood oxidative stress factors such as SOD, GSH-Px, NO,LPO, GSH of the two groups were detected , and protein factor concentration level of serum S100-P, IL-6 and NT-3 were detected .Correlation analysis was performed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results Total score of PANSS, positive score of the positive symptoms group were significantly higher than those of the negative symptoms group, negative symptoms score was significantly lower than that of the negative symptoms group, there was statistical significance (P<0.05),the general symptom score had no significant difference (P>0.05); SOD, NO,GSH-Px showed no significant difference between the positive symptoms group and the negative symptoms group,there were significant differences with the control group in addition to LPO, GSH , showing statistical significance (P<0.05);S100-P, NT-3 of the positive symptoms group and the negative symptoms group had no significant difference (P>0.05), IL-6 was significantly lower than that of the control group, and data of the two groups showed significant difference with that of the control group , there was statistical significance (P<0.05); Among all the indexes, the concentration of NO was negatively correlated with total PANSS score in schizophrenia patients and general symptoms scores(r=0.354, r=0.342, P<0.05) ,SOD had positive correlation with PANSS scores of schizophrenic patients and general symptoms scores (r=0.354, (r=0.389, P<0.05), NT-3 showed positive correlation with general symptoms of the positive symptoms group (r=0.376, P<0.05), there was no correlation between other indexes (P>0.05). Conclusion The occurrence and development of schizophrenia may be related to oxidative stress factor, IL-6, S100- beta, NT-3, and mental symptom has a close relationship with SOD , NO and NT-3 .
