[Abstract] Objective To investigate correlativity effect of depression and anxiety with liver function and viral load in patients with chronic hepatitis B,to provide reference for psychological intervention and clinical diagnosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B(infection group)and 100 cases individuals for health physical examination(control group) from January 2016 to June 2017,the psychological states of two groups were investigated through hospital anxiety depression scale (HAD) with the norm. Results 25 cases of doubtful depression(25.00%) and 11 positive depression(11.00%) of the infection group,27 cases of doubtful anxiety(27.00%) and 16 positive anxiety(16.00%) of the infection group,11 cases of doubtful anxiety(11.00%) and 0 positive depression(0.00%) of the control group,15 cases of doubtful anxiety(15.00%) and 2 positive anxiety(2.00%) of the control group, doubtful and positive depression and anxiety of the research group higher than the control group(P<0.05).6 cases of doubtful depression(13.64%) and 1 positive depression(2.27%) of normal liver function in patients with the infection group,7 cases of doubtful anxiety(15.91%) and 3 positive anxiety(6.82%) of normal liver function in patients with the infection group,19 cases of doubtful depression(33.93%) and 10 positive depression(17.86%) of abnormal liver function in patients with the infection group,20 cases of doubtful anxiety(35.71%) and 13 positive anxiety(23.21%) of abnormal liver function in patients with the infection group, doubtful and positive depression and anxiety of abnormal liver function higher than normal liver function in patients (P<0.05).7 cases of doubtful depression(13.73%) and 2 positive depression(3.92%) of HBV-DNA low viral load in patients with the infection group,8 cases of doubtful anxiety(15.69%) and 4 positive anxiety(7.84%) of HBV-DNA low viral load in patients with the control group,18 cases of doubtful depression(36.73%) and 9 positive depression(18.37%) of HBV-DNA high viral load in patients with the infection group,19 cases of doubtful anxiety(38.78%) and 12 positive anxiety(24.49%) of HBV-DNA high viral load in patients with the control group, doubtful and positive depression and anxiety of HBV-DNA high viral load higher than HBV-DNA low viral load in patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The incidence of depression and anxiety was significantly higher than that of normal people in patients with chronic hepatitis B,closely related to depression and anxiety with liver function and viral load, the higher the liver function injury, the higher the incidence of depression and anxiety symptoms in patients with higher viral load.
