[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effects of diazepam in patients with oral mucosal disease after treatment, changes in immune function, anxiety, depression and other indicators. Methods A random number table method was used to group 89 patients with oral mucosal disease in our hospital, 44 patients in the control group were treated with mannan peptides, 45 patients in the observation group were treated with diazepam combination therapy, and the anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared after treatment. Mood, sleep quality, immune function, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, the observation groups CD4, CD3, CD4/CD8 level and total effective rate were higher than the control group, SAS, PSQI, SDS score and CD8 level were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); observation group The incidence of adverse reactions in patients was 6.67% higher than that in the control group 4.55%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Diazepam can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with oral mucosal disease, improve sleep quality, and combine basic treatment to further improve the bodys immune function, improve the treatment effect, and have high safety.
