肠道菌群在精神分裂症中的研究进展

摘要
精神分裂症是一种严重的慢性精神疾病,对家庭、社会造成严重负担,但其分子致病机制仍不明确。研究发现,精神分裂症患者的肠道菌群发生了变化,这种变化与精神分裂症的发生相关。肠道菌群组成、数量的改变通过脑-肠轴引起神经系统发育异常、代谢功能紊乱、免疫系统失调等参与精神分裂症的发生过程。本文就肠道菌群在精神分裂症中的作用进行综述。
Abstract
Schizophrenia is a serious chronic mental disease, which causes serious family and social burdens. However, the molecular pathogenesis of schizophrenia is still unclear. Studies have found that there are changes in the gut microbiota of patients with schizophrenia and that this change is correlated with the development of schizophrenia. Changes in the composition and quantity of gut microbiota can contribute to the occurrence of schizophrenia by causing the abnormality of the nervous system development, metabolic dysfunction, and immune system disorders through the brain-gut axis. This article reviews the role of gut microbiota in schizophrenia.
