摘要
观察分析叙事医学教学法在神经外科临床教学带教中的应用效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,选择神经外科实习的40例护理学生(样本纳入例数:40例;样本纳入时间:2023年9月-2024年9月),以随机摸球为基础分组方式,分为对照、实验两个小组,观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规教学,叙事医学教学法。收集分析教学效果。结果 与对照组(常规教学)相比,实验组(叙事医学教学法)教学后的综合素质评分更高(P<0.05),实验组教学后的叙事能力、共情能力评分、理论知识考核成绩、实践操作考核成绩更高(P<0.05),实验组教学后的带教满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 叙事医学教学法可以有效提升临床教学质量,促进护理学生综合素质提升,改善叙事能力、共情能力,提高考核成绩,有较高应用价值。
Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the application effect and application value of narrative medicine teaching method in clinical teaching of neurosurgery. Methods A retrospective study method was used to select 40 nursing students who were doing internship in neurosurgery (sample inclusion number: 40 cases; sample inclusion time: September 2023-September 2024). They were divided into two groups, control and experimental, based on the random ball-touching method. The number of observation cases was highly consistent. Conventional teaching and narrative medicine teaching method were implemented respectively. The teaching effect was collected and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group (conventional teaching), the experimental group (narrative medicine teaching method) had a higher comprehensive quality score after teaching (P<0.05), and the narrative ability, empathy ability score, theoretical knowledge assessment score, and practical operation assessment score after teaching in the experimental group were higher (P<0.05), and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group after teaching was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative medicine teaching method can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching, promote the comprehensive quality of nursing students, improve narrative ability and empathy, and improve assessment results, and has high application value.
