摘要
重度抑郁障碍作为青少年常见的情绪障碍,是引发青少年自杀的主要原因之一。越来越多的研究表明,青少年抑郁症及伴发的自伤自杀行为存在中枢神经系统的多模态影像学异常。但目前该领域的磁共振波谱研究偏少,且缺乏探讨其神经生物学机制的研究尚无一致性结论。因此,本文通过对近年来的国内外相关文献进行梳理总结,以寻找到可准确预测青少年抑郁障碍以及其潜在的自杀风险的特异性脑影像学标记,并为今后的进一步研究提供有效的参考和新线索。
Abstract
Major depressive disorder (MDD),as a common emotional disorder in adolescents, is one of the main causes of adolescent suicide. More and more studies have shown that there are multimodal imaging abnormalities of central nervous system in adolescents with depression and suicide behaviors associated with NSSI. However, there are few studies on magnetic resonance spectroscopy in this field, and there is no consistent conclusion about its neurobiological mechanism. Therefore, this paper summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years, in order to find specific brain imaging markers that can accurately predict adolescent depressive disorder and its potential suicide risk, and provide effective reference and new clues for further research in the future.
