摘要
分析情景式教学法对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习护生性格特征的影响。方法 选取 2020 年 7 月-2022 年 7 月这 2 年内于我院实习的 78 例实习护生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(A 班)和观察组(B 班)各 39 例, 其中 A 班实施常规传统教学方法,B 班则在传统教学的基础上加以情景式教学法,对两个班级护生的教学效果进 行比较。结果 对比两个班级护生的护理成绩、教学满意度以及性格特征评分显示,B 班数据均明显高于 A 班, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习护生予以有效的情景式教学法可以明显改善护 生的理论知识和临床实践能力,提升护生对教学的积极性和满意度,也对护生的性格特征有所提升,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of situational teaching method on the personality characteristics of nurses in otorhinolaryngology head and neck surgery. Method A total of 78 practice nursing students (nursing students) who practiced in our hospital during the 2 years from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group (Class A) and the observation group (Class B) with 39 cases in each group. In class A, conventional traditional teaching methods were implemented, while class B adopted situational teaching methods on the basis of traditional teaching. The teaching effect of nursing students in two classes was compared. Result Comparing the nursing scores, teaching satisfaction, and personality traits of nursing students in two classes, it was found that the data of Class B were significantly higher than those of Class A, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective situational teaching method can obviously improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability of nursing students, enhance their enthusiasm and satisfaction in teaching, and also improve their personality characteristics, which is worth promoting.
