Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of psychological nursing intervention on improvingthe pain of chronic wound patients. Methods Sixty patients with chronic wounds receiving treatment in ourhospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected as observation objects and randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group wastreated with psychological nursing intervention. The pain index of patients after nursing care was statisticallycompared by pain evaluation form. Satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate patients satisfaction withnursing, and self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale were used to evaluate patients mental statebefore and after nursing. Results The pain degree of the observation group was lower than the control group, thesatisfaction degree of nursing was higher than the control group, the improvement degree of mental state wassignificantly better than the control group, the data comparison difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has obvious effect on improving the nursing of patients withchronic wounds, can effectively reduce the pain experience of patients, reduce the occurrence of negative emotions,improve patient satisfaction, promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, it is worthpromoting and applying in clinical nursing.
