栾孝驰,沈阳航空航天大学副教授,工学博士,硕士生导师。荣获沈阳市“拔尖人才”,沈阳航空航天大学“中青年拔尖人才支持计划-展翼英才”、“优秀教师”、“优秀青年教师”、“本科毕业设计优秀指导教师”、“优秀班主任”等称号。担任“中国航空学会预测与健康管理分会”青年委员,《航空动力学报》第一届青年委员会委员,《推进技术》第十八届编委会青年编委,《燃气涡轮试验与研究》首届青年编委,担任国际/国内多个SCI/EI期刊审稿专家。 聚焦于航空发动机机械传动系统状态监测与故障智能诊断技术领域的热点与难点问题,取得了一系列具有重要意义的学术成果。主持或参与完成国防973、两机专项、国防基础加强计划、国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金以及企业合作项目等30余项。在《Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing》、《Journal of Sound and Vibration》、《航空动力学报》等国内外权威学术期刊上发表论文60余篇,其中SCI/EI收录45篇,申请/授权国家发明专利18项,软件著作权42项。获国防科技进步奖三等奖1项、辽宁省科学技术进步奖二等奖1项、中国航空学会科学技术奖二等奖1项、中国航发沈阳发动机研究所科技进步三等奖1项。

  • 1. Accurate characterization and experimental study on traveling wave resonance of high-speed thin-walled bevel gear of aero-engine

    摘要:Aiming at the problems of traveling wave resonance (TWR), unclear stress distribution and vibration response characteristics of aviation high-speed thin-walled bevel gears, a transient dynamic simulation model of TWR of aviation high-speed bevel gears close to the actual meshing state, constraints and loads is established. The explicit dynamic algorithm is used to solve the model, and the effective characterization of the dynamic response characteristics of TWR of bevel gears is realized. The distribution state and spectral structure characteristics of the TWR displacement and stress response of the gear are accurately described. The distribution form and migration characteristics of the TWR stress field of the bevel gear are given for the first time. The validity and accuracy of the simulation model are verified by experiments. The results show that under the resonance conditions of the 3rd ND forward traveling wave (FTW) and the 4th ND backward traveling wave (BTW), the axial vibration displacement field of bevel gear is characterized by the rapid migration of sector distribution. The resonant stress field of the traveling wave shows a petal-like distribution in the circumferential direction, and the stress is concentrated at the center of the root groove fillet. The vibration displacement and stress response of the bevel gear TWR are characterized by the dense distribution of high-order harmonic vibration, and the vibration response at the meshing position is obviously increased, which is characterized by the obvious fluctuation phenomenon with the shaft rotation frequency as the cycle. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, it is found that the stress distribution characteristics of the two are consistent, and the magnitude of the results is consistent, which verifies the validity of the TWR transient dynamics simulation model of the bevel gear.

  • 2. Multi-channel vibration information weighted fusion for fault feature extraction of rotating machinery main bearings

    摘要:In response to the issue of insufficient extraction of effective information due to the effect of environmental noise on weak rolling bearing fault signals in aircraft engines, a method for extracting fault features in rotating machinery main bearings using multi-channel vibration information (MCVI) weighted fusion is proposed. This method first utilizes a weighted fusion model for MCVI to integrate data from multiple vibration sensors into a one-dimensional signal. Subsequently, the fused signal is decomposed using the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition adaptive noise (CEEMDAN) method. Based on the kurtosis index-correlation coefficient filtering criterion, the impactful components are selected for reconstruction, resulting in a vibration signal rich in bearing fault feature information. Lastly, the weak fault features of bearing faults are identified using the envelope spectrum. Simulation signal identification verification shows that the fault feature energy Q within the envelope spectrum can be increased by 12.4%. The effectiveness of the MCVI weighted fusion method is comprehensively validated based on data from a simulated test bench for intermediate shaft bearings in aero-engines. An analysis of vibration signals from a certain type of aero-engine main bearing demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively extract fault feature information transmitted via complex transmission paths, providing an effective means for processing and diagnosing complex signals related to faults in aero-engine main bearings.

  • 3. 航空高速薄辐板弧齿锥齿轮行波共振动力学响应特性与试验

    摘要:针对航空高速薄辐板弧齿锥齿轮在工作中由于行波共振导致轮齿断裂故障频发,其行波共振动力学响应特性不清晰的问题,建立了一种基于显式算法的航空薄辐板弧齿锥齿轮瞬态接触动力学分析模型。考虑齿轮转速、扭矩以及时变啮合刚度的影响,计算齿轮动频值进而对行波共振点进行精准预测,研究了行波共振下齿轮轴向振动位移和动应力的动态响应特性以及振动位移场和应力场的分布规律。研究结果表明:在三节径前行波共振工况下,从动锥齿轮轴向振动位移场在周向呈现谷峰交替的三峰三谷扇形分布快速迁移的特征,行波迁移方向与齿轮转动方向相同、迁移速度远高于齿轮的旋转速度;振动应力场在周向表现为三峰的花瓣状分布形式,在齿根槽位置和齿面啮合位置存在应力集中现象;振动位移和应力响应均表现为高次谐波振动密集分布的特征。试验测量从动锥齿轮三节径前行波共振转速与仿真计算预测的行波共振转速的相对误差为1.1%,试验测量的应力值与仿真提取分析的应力值两者量级相当,验证了行波共振点预测的准确性及瞬态接触动力学分析模型的有效性。

  • 4. 基于循环提取有效信息的主轴承故障特征增强方法

    摘要:针对航空发动机主轴承发生故障时特征信息提取不充分的问题,提出一种基于循环提取有效信息的主轴承故障特征增强方法。该方法首先对原始振动信号进行小波包分解,计算得到各个节点分量的相关系数值和峭度值,将其进行归一化融合为一个综合参数Pi;其次根据特征信息循环提取准则定义一个置信区间,该区间将所有节点分量划分为高信噪比信号、低信噪比信号和高噪信号三个部分;然后不断筛选出高信噪比信号直至达到终止条件;最后重构所有高信噪比信号,并进行包络解调提取出轴承微弱故障特征。经仿真信号验证,去噪信号的信噪比相对于去噪前提升了11.31dB。基于航空发动机中介轴承模拟试验台所测数据开展了特征信息循环提取方法有效性的综合验证,并对某型航空发动机主轴承振动信号进行了分析。实践表明:该方法适用于强背景噪声干扰工况下滚动轴承的特征提取,能准确诊断航空发动机主轴承故障。

  • 5. 基于WPD-KVI-Hilbert变换相结合的滚动轴承早期故障特征精准识别

    摘要:为了能够有效地从轴承早期故障激励的高频振动信号中提取出故障特征信息,基于最优小波包基选取方法和峭度值最大筛选原则,提出了一种改进的小波包分解 (WPD)、峭度值指标 (KVI)与Hilbert变换相结合的滚动轴承早期故障特征识别方法。计算选取最优小波包基,确定分解层数;采用WPD方法对轴承故障振动信号进行分解,获得若干个Node分量;基于峭度值指标最大原则筛选出有效的Node分量进行信号重构;对重构信号进行包络解调分析,提取出故障特征频率对轴承故障进行诊断。采用建立的方法对凯斯西储大学滚珠轴承外圈、内圈故障实验数据和自行开展的滚棒轴承外圈、滚动体故障实验数据进行了分析与诊断。研究结果表明:该方法能够有效提高故障信号高频分辨率、保留周期性冲击成分,并能准确有效提取出滚珠和滚棒轴承故障特征频率的1~7倍频及其与轴转频调制的系列边频带频率,实现对滚动轴承故障特征的精准识别与故障诊断。

  • 6. Experiment study on traveling wave resonance of fatigue fracture of high-speed bevel gear in aero-engne based on acoustic measurement method

    摘要:High-speed, light-weight and high-load gearing is widely used in the transmission systems of modern aero-engines. Some dynamic phenomena, such as the traveling wave resonance, can be more easily encountered. It generally occurs quite suddenly and causes catastrophic accidents. This study presents an experimental investigation of the signal characteristics of the gear fatigue fracture process caused by the traveling wave resonance. The acoustic waveguide system and the dynamic calibration system are developed. The traveling wave resonance monitoring test and the fatigue performance test of the central drive bevel gear in an aero-engine are carried out. The results show the traveling wave resonant frequency and rotational speed of the driven bevel gear are identified and monitored effectively by the acoustic waveguide system. The dangerous rotational speeds range and the sound pressure energy radiated of the vibration are discussed. The results reveal the gear resonant phenomena are narrow rotational speed band sensitivity and more dangerous at high speed. The fracture mode of the driven bevel gear of aero-engine is reproduced. When the gear has initial defects and works within the dangerous rotational speed of the traveling wave resonance, the gear fatigue fracture will occur quickly. The harmonic frequency, the frequency of forward traveling wave (FTW) and backward traveling wave (BTW), and their combination frequency will appear alternately in the noise spectrum of the gear before fatigue fracture.
