Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing in the operating room in the nursing of laparoscopic radical rectal cancer. Methods The study was carried out between March 2021 and March 2022. The research subjects were 76 patients who were admitted to the hospital for laparoscopic radical rectal resection during the study period. The selected subjects were divided into routine Group (n=38 cases) and detail group (n=38 cases), in which the routine group was given routine operating room nursing intervention, while the detail group was given operating room detailed nursing intervention, and the application effect of the nursing program was statistically compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in the incidence of falling out of bed between the two groups of patients (P>0.05), but the operation time, hypothermia incidence, anesthesia recovery time and other surgical indicators, length of hospital stay, and incidence of postoperative complications were observed in the detailed group. Both were significantly lower than the routine group (P < 0.05), and the evaluation of satisfaction with nursing services was significantly higher than the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the nursing intervention in the operating room of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer, choosing the detailed nursing care in the operating room can achieve ideal nursing effects.
