摘要
在中国共产党成立一百周年之际,我国经济面临着新的发展契机。如何能够迎合时代机会,加快建设世界人才中心和创新高地,推动国家经济发展是国有企业需要面临的难题。国有企业需要通过人才管理工作,培养高素质人才,以创新为驱动力,增强企业竞争力。本文深入探究当今国有企业人才培养管理和激励方式的现状,并针对性的提出了几点建议。国有企业应该高度重视人才管理,将人才培养纳入公司战略地位。在绩效考核、激励等方面做好配套制度,形成系统化人才管理工作,推动创新型高等人才队伍建设。
Abstract
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, China’s economy is facing a new opportunity for development. How to meet the opportunities of the Times, speed up the construction of the world’s talent center and Innovation Plateau, and promote national economic development is a difficult problem that state-owned enterprises need to face. State-owned enterprises need to train high-quality talents through talent management, take innovation as the driving force, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper probes into the current situation of talent cultivation management and motivation in state-owned enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions. State-owned enterprises should attach great importance to talent management and bring talent training into strategic position. In the performance appraisal, incentives and other aspects to do a good job supporting the system, the formation of systematic talent management, and promote the construction of innovative higher talent.
