Objective To analyze the common problems in the nursing work of cardiology department, and to propose relevant solutions. Provide reference for improving the quality of nursing work in the future. Methods The time span of the study was from February 2021 to February 2022; at this stage, the research samples were clarified, which were mainly from patients receiving cardiology treatment in our hospital, and 100 typical representatives were selected for risk in nursing work. The investigation of the problem, and the specific analysis of the nursing work problem, use the computer and related software to number all the patients, and use the software to group. Among them, there are 50 patients in the reference group, and the other 50 patients are regarded as the study group. Detailed observations and records of the two groups during the nursing period were carried out, and a comparative analysis was carried out. Results The professional skills level of nursing staff in cardiology department needs to be improved, poor communication between nurses and patients, insufficient attention to medication guidance and lack of responsibility are common problems. After improving nursing methods with relevant measures, the incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was reduced and was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion There are many problems in the nursing work of cardiology department, which have a direct impact on the quality of nursing. It is necessary for relevant personnel to propose corresponding solutions according to the causes of the problems. Only then can the overall nursing effect and nursing safety be improved.
