中西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

| 摘要 |
研究中西药联合治疗冠心病心绞痛效果。方法 选择2020年01月-2021年12月到本院治疗冠心病心绞痛的患者104例，依照治疗方式的不同，分成实验组和对照组，分析治疗效果。结果 治疗后，实验组患者心功能指标优于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组患者血脂水平、6分钟步行距离优于对照组，P＜0.05；治疗前，组间IMT、斑块面积指标对比，P＞0.05，治疗后，组间IMT、斑块面积指标对比，P＜0.05。结论 运用中西药联合方式对冠心病心绞痛治疗，效果确切，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the effect of Chinese and Western Medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: 104 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods, and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results: after treatment, the indexes of cardiac function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The blood lipid level and 6-minute walking distance in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05); Before treatment, the indexes of IMT and plaque area between groups were compared, P > 0.05. After treatment, the indexes of IMT and plaque area between groups were compared, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
