Abstract Objective: To study the influencing factor of depression and anxiety disorders of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and put forward the prevention measures. Methods: 114 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research group, and another 120 cases of examination healthy elderly at the same time were selected as the control group. Using the Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS ) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores, and according to the scores to analyze the influences factors of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Results: The number of depression and anxiety disorders people in the research group was higher than in the control group, and the scores were higher than in the control group, and influencing factors in the research group contained family factors, the doctor-patient relationship, treatment costs, and cardiac function, with significant differences compared with the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The depression and anxiety disorders of elderly patients with chronic heart failure are affected by many factors, we should be given targeted guidance and comprehensive treatment, effective prevention according to the Depression and Anxiety Rating Scale determine the extent of self-rating scale.
