【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of emergency nursing procedures on theprognosis of anxiety and depression in patients with acute stroke and the influence of the quality of life. Methods: admitted in our hospital since May 5, 2010 to 2015 153 patients with cerebral stroke in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, in May 2013 to 2015 may implement fast emergency nursing process of 77 cases were included in the study group, April 5, 2010 to April 2013 implementation routine nursing of 76 cases were included in control group. Observation and comparison of two groups on admission - diagnosis, diagnosis of specialist treatment time required, compared two groups of disability rate observed, observe two groups of SAS (self rating Anxiety Scale), SDS (self rating Depression Scale (table) score level were observed in the two groups (SF-36 quality of life score levels. Results: in the study group, the time of admission to the hospital, the diagnosis and the treatment time was statistically significant (P<0.05). The morbidity and mortality of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05). After nursing, the SAS, SDS score, SF-36 score and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: stroke in patients with the implementation of fast emergency nursing process can not only reduce the admission - diagnosis, diagnosis of specialist treatment time required, decrease the rate of disability, and can improve the treatment during the anxiety and depression state of mind, improve the quality of life and significant effect, which should be popularized.
