[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive quality nursing on the emotional change and self perception of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods: Chose from June 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital accepted treatment of femoral neck fracture patients in 164 cases to were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group 82 cases. Observation group were treated with comprehensive quality of nursing care, patients in control group received routine nursing. The nursing effects and complication occurrence of two groups were compared.Results: Two groups of nursing, a former SAS, SDS scores compared with no difference, respectively after nursing, the observation group with SAS, SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group. Two groups of nursing bodily pain, physiological function, emotional function, mental health four score and total score comparison showed no significant difference, in nursing observation group each score were significantly higher than those in the control group.The rate of satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was 50% (41/82), 95.12% (78/82),were significantly higher than those in the control group of 32.93^% (27/82), 85.27% (70/82).In the observation group in nursing after regular medication, a balanced diet, rehabilitation and referral follow-up compliance scores were significantly higher than those of control group. Differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Quality nursing can effectively improve the elderly femoral neck fracture patients anxiety, depression, improve patients suffering from life quality, satisfaction and compliance.
