【Abstract】Objective: To analyze and discuss the characteristics of somatic symptoms of patients with depressive disorder.And help clinicians make more accurate, rapid diagnosis and treatment of patients with depressive disorder with somatic symptoms.Methods:Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression,HAMD.Which filled by the clinicians according to the actual situation of the patients.Self-made questionnaire of the situation of somatic symptoms on patients with depression.Which filled by the patients according to their own situation honestly.study,analyze and discuss the gathered information.This study collected 62 cases of patient, 20 male, 42 female, age 24-65 years, mean age 40.8±12.5 years, 16 first diagnosed in psychiatric department, 46 first diagnosed in non psychiatric department.Results:46 cases(74.19%) were affected by family conflicts, School and work pressure, Interpersonal relationships, living and working environment changes, poor economic conditions, family health and other socialpsychological factors. 16 cases(25.81%) had no obvious incentive.22 of all 62 Patients with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score ≥ 24, 34 with score ≥ 17, 6 with score ≥ 7 points. 36 cases (58.06%) with major depression, 26 cases (41.94%) with anxiety , 24 cases(38.71%) with reticent, 22 cases(35.48%) with decreased of interest, 14 cases(22.58%) with self-blame and self-guilt, and 8 cases(12.90%) with hopelessness, 6 cases(9.68%) with suicidal opinion.The number of detection of somatic symptoms with the deepening of the severity of depressive symptoms was significantly increased. Conclusions: Somatic symptoms of patients with depressive disorder are affected by many factors such as biology and psychology.Somatic symptoms of patients with depression are complex and diverse.Somatic symptoms of patients with depressive disorder and other emotional symptoms showed a positive relationship.
