[Abstract] objective To export the situation of acute stress disorder in patients with traumatic fracture and correlation analysis between it and anxiety, depression.Method Selected 260 cases of traumatic fracture patients in our hospital from March 2012 to November 2014 to make a questionnaire investigation,which was including basic data questionnaire, anxiety and depression scale, and Standfords acute stress response questionnaire.Results The average SASRQ score of 260 patients with traumatic fracture is (31.97 + 24.86),and there were 70 (26.92%) cases of patients with acute stress disorder.Gender, age, anxiety, depression, marriage, and the degree of education were the influencing factors of the stress disorder of traumatic femoral patients,which related to SASRQA.SASRQ of each dimension in patients wiht anxiety and depression were higher than those of non anxiety and non depressed patients,the difference was statistically significant (all P < 0.05);Culture in SASRQ, separation, and then experience, avoid the total score and other dimensions of the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.096, P=0.203, P=0.099, P=0.152),but it was a influence factor in the total score irritability dimension,which can enter the regression equation (P < 0.001);Gender, age, marriage, anxiety, depression were all factors affecting all dimensions,can enter the regression equation (all P < 0.005).Conclusion Anxiety and depression and other adverse psychological factors can significantly affect the stress disorder in patients with traumatic fracture,clinical should be given enough attention.
