摘要	认知功能障碍是精神分裂症除阳性症状和阴性症状外的第三种症状，并且在精神病性症状出现前认知功能损害较明显，最终将影响患者的生活质量和日常功能。所以本文将从精神分裂症患者相关认知功能障碍的机制以及相关治疗进展方面进行阐述，为改善精神分裂症患者相关认知功能障碍提供依据。
Abstract	In addition to the positive and negative symptoms,cognitive impairment is the third kind of symptoms of schizophrenia. and cognitive impairment is obviously prior to psychotic symptoms.It will ultimately affect the patients quality of life and daily function.From aspects of mechanism and related treatment progress of cognitive impairments associated with schizophrenia,this article will provide basis to improve cognitive impairments associated with schizophrenia
