Abstract:Objective:To study the Guipi PillsjointcompoundXuanJu capsule treatment the clinical curative effect of antidepressant treatment caused by sexual dysfunction. Methods: Selected our hospital male reproductive medicine clinics antidepressant treatment caused by sexual dysfunction, 91 cases of patients, according to IIEF - 5 score for light, medium, heavy three levels of patients were randomly divided into treatment group, respectively accept lienal bolus of joint compound XuanJu capsules and compound XuanJu capsule monotherapy, IIEF - 5 a grade and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), to evaluate the effect of treatment of 6 weeks after the two groups and the differences between groups. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment IIEF - 5 score, according to the results of scores of patients significantly increased, and the treatment group patients with mild and moderate IIEF - 5 score compared with the corresponding control group improved more significantly (P < 0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference between the group of patients with severe. Treatment group total effective rate was 95%, control group total effective rate was 85%, the difference is significant. Conclusion: Guipi Pills joint compound XuanJu capsule treatment antidepressant effect caused by sexual dysfunction is better than that of single compound XuanJu capsule medicine treatment.
