Abstract: Objective: To investigate the integrated care for depression in patients with anxiety and emotional recovery. Methods: March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital treatment met the inclusion criteria depression with anxiety total of 80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 patients in the control group with conventional Drug treatment and routine care, the observation group in the control group based on the use of individual psychological care, collective psychological care, cognitive intervention, behavioral intervention, comprehensive nursing interventions such happiness factor therapy, compared two groups of patients before and after 6 weeks Hamilton depression Rating scale (HAMD), anxiety Rating scale (HAMA), total clinical rating scale of disease severity score (CGI-SI). Results: After the intervention in the observation group HAMD score was 2.2 ± 1.2, control group HAMD score was 9.1 ± 3.4, compare with the control group ,the observation group was significantly lower , there was a significant statistically difference between them (P <0.01). After the intervention group was observed HAMA score was 2.8 ± 1.4, control group HAMA score was 6.9 ± 2.1, compared with the control group ,the observation group was significantly lower , there was a significant statistically difference between them (P <0.01). After the intervention group was observed CGI-SI score was 1.0 ± 0.8, control group CGI-SI score was 2.6 ± 1.7, compared with the control group ,the observation group was significantly lower , there was a significant statistically difference between them (P <0.01). Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment and care, using an integrated nursing intervention can significantly improve depression in patients with depression and anxiety, improve quality of life, help patients return to the family and society, is worthy of clinical use.
