摘要	摘要目的:研究分析精神疗法联合运动疗法在脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期的运用效果。方法：选择2015年10月至2016年月2月期间收治入院的脑卒中偏瘫患者患者78例，按照入院ID号随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规康复训练，观察组在对照组基础上采用精神疗法联合运动疗法。比较患者康复训练后步行功能、平衡功能、下肢运动功能改善情况。结果：训练后观察组患者步行FAC、TGA功能评分、平衡Berg功能评分以及下肢FMA、FIM功能评分均显著优于对照组患者，存在统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：在脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期运用精神疗法联合运动疗法进行康复训练可显著改善患者预后情况，提高患者生活质量，可在临床治疗中推广应用。
Abstract	Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect of psychotherapy combined with exercise therapy on the recovery stage of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia..Method:78 pcerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia between October 2015 and February 2016 who were treated in our hospital were chose and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the ID number.The control group were treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,the observation group were treated with psychotherapy combined with exercise therapy on the basic of control group.The improvement of walking function of Lower Extremity,motor function and balance function after treatment were selected to compare.Results:The improvement of walking function of Lower Extremity,motor function and balance function after treatment in observation group were significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychotherapy combined with exercise therapy in the recovery stage of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia can improve the prognosis of patients and patient quality of life significantly,which deserve further application in clinical treatment.
