【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the occurrence situation and related fact ors of depression condition in patients with uremia on hemodialysis.Methods:76 patients with uremia on hemodialysis between June 2013 and October 2015 were set as research object.Logical questionnaire survey were designed to investigate patients’ general condition and scores of SDS.Relationship between patients’ general condition and scores of SDS were analyzed.Results:Before the first hemodialysis,the incidence rate of depression condition were increase(1week before the hemodialysis 82.90%;1day before the hemodialysis 93.42%).And the majority degree of depression were mild and moderate (1week before the hemodialysis,76.32%patients were mild and moderate depression;1day before the hemodialysis,86.84%patients were mild and moderate depression).After the first hemodialysis,the incidence rate of depression condition were still increase(1week after the hemodialysis 75.11%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.4454;P=0.002).More than 60years old,unmarried,low education level,low income,and lack of Social support can increase the incidence rate of depression condition,the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.214,-3.880,-5.799,3.672,4.368;all P=0.000).But gender and course of disease have unconspicuous infect on patients’ emotion,the differences were not statistically significant(t=-2.637,-1.252;P=0.009,0.213).Conclusion:Before and after the first hemodialysis,the incidence rate of depression condition were increase..And the patients age, marriage, culture degree, income and social support has significant effects on depression severity, prompt physicians during treatment and care of such patients should strengthen alert, and take corresponding measures to alleviate depression, protect the patients mental health, in order to achieve a better therapeutic effect.
