The first author introduction: Xie Xing (1988 -), female, Guan`an SiChuan Province; West China hospital of sichuan university mental health center, nurse practitioner, bachelor degree, research direction: mental disorder patient rehabilitationAdd:[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the mental disorder caused by different doses of olanzapine in treatment of organic brain and body disease and effect on metabolism of glucose and lipid analysis.Methods: 80 patients with mental disorders due to brain organic disease and brain disorders were selected from our hospital during January,2013 to January,2016.The simple randomization was divided into 2 groups, 40 cases as a group.Two groups of patients use olanzapine treatment and control group with large dose of olanzapine in the treatment, the observation group with small dose olanzapine in treatment, The total effective rate, blood glucose and blood lipid changes, BPRS and CGI-SI scores were compared between the 2 groups.Results: after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was better than that of the control group (77.50%), P<0.05;observation group, fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (TC), 3 acyl glycerine (TG), fasting insulin (fins) and insulin homeostasis assessment index (HOMA-IR) etc. index and the control group have significant difference (P < 0.05);There were significant differences in BPRS and CGI-SI scores between the two groups (P<0.05)..Conclusion: a small dose of olanzapine for the treatment of organic brain and body disease caused by mental disorders more substantial.
