〇bjective To analyze the clinical effects of combination of aripiprazole and olanzapine in thetreaLmenL ell schizophrenia. Methods 86 patienLs with schizophrenia were selected from February2014 to January 2015. The patients were randomly divided into groups, each group had43 cases. Simple drug group were treated with aripiprazole in the treatment; combined treatment group were treated with aripiprazole combined with olanzapine in the treatment, after treatment, the patients in the two groups PAl、1SS and itaq scores and adverse reactions were com- pared. Results After treatment, the PANSS score and ITAQ score of combined treatment group were significantly better than that of the simple group, and the adverse reactions of the combination group were significantlyless than that of the drug group. After treatment, the scores of cognitive function of the combined group were significantly bet- ter than that of the single group, the difference was significant, P<0. 05. Conclusion Aripiprazole combined with olanzapine in treaLment of schizophrenia clinical ef「ect is obviously beuer than the single application o」f aripiprazole in the treatment of close to, and aripiprazole adverse reactions are more used alone and combined use can reduce side effects.
