利培酮结合针刺治疗偏执型精神分裂症的疗效与安全性研究

摘要	观察针刺结合利培西同对偏执型精神分裂症患者疗效和安全性。方法选择符合标准的100例偏执型精神分裂症患者, 采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组, 每组50 例。对照组单地使用利培西同治疗, 观察组在使用利培西同的基础上加用针刺治疗。于疗程前、中、后使用阳性和阴性症状评定量表 (PANSS) 和治疗时出现的症状量表 (TESS) 对患者进行评定。结果治疗后两组 PANSS量表中阳性症状评分、阴性量表均显著降低 (P<0. 05) , 观蔡组下降比对照组较快, (P<0. 05)。观察纽TESS评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论利培西同结合针刺治疗偏执型精神分裂症疗效显著, 并且起效较快, 副作用较低。
Abstract	〇bjective To study acupuncture combined with risperidone in the treatment of patients with par-anoid schizophrenia efficacy and safety. Methods Conforms to the standard of 100 patients with paranoid spirit of schizophrenic patients, using the random number table method were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Control group were treated with risperidone in the treatment, the observation group on the basis of risperidone combined with acupuncture treatment, of course, after, in the middle of the evalua- tion of patients with positive and for the assessment of negative symptoms was scale(PANSS) and Treatment Emer- gent Symptom Scale(TESS). Results The posiLive symptom scores and the negative weight of PANSS in the Lwo groups were significantly lower than those in the observation group, and the P<0. 05. The TESS score of the observa- tion group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Risperidone combined with acupuncture in the treatment of schizophrenia and has obvious curative effect, fast effect, low side effects.
