研究癌病合并幸F郁症患者应用鸟灵胶表联合帕罗西、1了治疗的临床效果。 方法选取我院从2013年3月至2014年7月收治的病病合并幸F郁症患者80例, 采用随机数字表法将80例癌病合并1中郁症患者分为观察组(40例) 和对照组(40例) ; 对照组采取帕罗西、1丁进行治疗,观察组采取鸟灵胶愛联合帕罗西⊠丁进行治疗,将两组患者的 HAMD评分、 PHQ-9评分、临床有效率以及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。 结果 将两组患者的临床有效率进行统计, 观蔡组为95. 00%, 对照组为80. 00%, 观蔡组的临床有效率明显高于对照组, 纽间比较差异具有统计学意义(」P<0.05);观察组与对照组的 HAMD评分与 PHQ-9评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P< 0. 05) ; 治疗过程中患者发生的不良反应有头晕、 嗜睡、 心慌、 水月中以及乏力, 其中观察组的不良反应发生率为15.00%,对照组的不良反应发生率为30.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05) 。 结论 乌灵胶愛联合帕罗西r治疗病病合并幸F郁症患者临床效果显著, 且1F郁症状与癌病症状均得到有效的改善, 不增加不良反应发生率, 因此临床值得进一步推广 。

〇bjective To study the clinical effect and effectiveness of the combination of the treatment of thepatients with epilepsy and depression by using Wu Ling Capsule and Pa Rossi Dean.
