摘要	探讨针刺联合百忧解在脑梗死伴4中郁治疗中的临床价值。方法将我院2013 年1月至2014年10月期间收治的152例脑梗死伴抑郁患者平均分成两组, 对照组予以百忧解治疗, 观察组予以针刺联合百忧解治疗。采用汉密尔顿;fF郁量表(HAMD-17) 评估患者的;fF郁程度, 采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS) 评估患者的神经功能, 采用 Barthe1指数评估患者的日常生活能力。结果治疗后,观察组患者的 HAMD评分明显低于对照纽, ;fF郁总有效率明显高于对照组, 神经功能缺损评分、 Barthel指数评分均明显优于对照组(P<0. 01) 。结论计刺联合百忧解能有效改善脑梗死患者的1中郁情绪, 1F制神经功能缺损,提高患者的日常生活能力。
Abstract	〇bjective To investigate the clinical value of acupuncture combined with fluoxetine in the treat_mont of cerebral infarction complicated with depression. Methods 152 cerebral infarction complicated with depres- sion patients who sek medical treatment in our hospital from2013 January to2014 October were divided into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with fluoxetine, whereas patients in observation group were cured with acupuncture combined wiLh lluoxetine. The depression state, neurological function and ability of daily living were e- valuated by HAMD-17, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Barthel index, respectively. Re- sults After treatment, HAMD score of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0. 01) , de- pression total effective rate was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01) , NIHSS score and Barthel index were significantly better than control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Acupuncture combined withfluoxetine has ex- cellent of「ect in improving psychical emoLion, inhibiting neurologic impairment and improving the patients ability of dailylife.
