〇bjective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with peptic ul-cer with depression. Method: From January 2012 to December2014, 148 patients with peptic ulcer with depression were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of anxiety, depression scale(GQOLI-74, SDS) and the compliance of the treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Result: The difference of GQOLI-74, SDS and SAS before and after treatment in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05) ; the control group was93. 24% (69) , 56.76% (42) , and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with peptic ulcer and depression can significantly reduce the symptoms of anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life, increase the treatment compliance, clinical application has guiding significance.
