〇bjective To observe and analyze the characteristics of clinical nursing service and psychologicalstates of the patients in urology surgely. Methods 120 inpatients of urology surgery in our hospital from January2014 to December2014 were selected and randomly divided into the experienta1 group and the control group ( 60 cases in each group). Give convenLional nursing care on the control group while the experienLal group were given hu- manistic nursing care according to the characteristics of nursing service and psychological states. Compare and ana- lyze the length of hospital stay, hospitalization expenses and patients satisfaction in both groups before and after nursing service. And evaluate the mental states of the patients according to the SAS score in both groups. ResultsAfter the humanistic nursing care, the median length of hospitalization time and expenses in experimental group was obviously lower than the conLrol group (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.33%, significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). And the SAS score of the patients in the expeti- menLal group was obviously lower Lhan the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The majority of the patients in u- rology surgery are the elderly which were easily formed adverse psychological state. Applying of nursing care accord- ing to the the characteristics of nursing service and psychological states can obviously improve the nursing quality, psychological states of the patients in urology surgely and achive a good clinical effect.
