〇bjective To explore the application of psychological nursing in patients with breast cancer sur-gery nursing, To better guide clinical application. Methods Select our hospital between2011 and2015 received 80 need to breast cancer surgery patients as the research object, And randomly divided into control group and the team, The control group using conventional care, Research group is not only given conventional care, but also ac- cepted psychological nursing. Record and analyze the anxieLy and depression of patients in Lwo groups during thera- py. Results The SAS and SDS scores illustrate that the anxiety and depression of patients in control group have no significant difference before and after therapy(P>0.05) , However, the anxiety and depression of research group relieves after therapy (IP<0.05). Conclusion Psychological care in nursing patients with breast cancer surgeryhas made significant effect, not only reduce the negative psychological state in patients with probability and improve the confidence of patients to cure their disease, also promote the development of the doctor-patient relationship.
