| 摘要 |
观察分析全程优质护理模式对子宫切除术患者焦虑情绪的改善作用 。 方法 选取我院2013年6月~2014年6月收治的80例行子宫切除术患者作研究, 采用双色球随机分组法分为对照组(n=40)及观察组(n=40) ,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者采用全程优质护理模式, 对两组患者焦應幸F郁状态进行分析。结果 干预后观察组患者 HAMA和 HAMD评分相比于对照组明显降低; 观蔡组患者临床依从性和护理满意率均高于对照组 (/)<0. 05) 。 结论 针对子宫切除术患者,应用全程优质护理模式,可明显改善患者焦虑、 1fF郁等不良心理状态,增强患者治疗依从性, 加快患者康复速度, 从而提高患者、 家属护理满意率, 促进护理质量持续改进, 具有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract |
〇bjective To observe and analyze the effect of whole course nursing model on the improvementof anxiety in patients with hysterectomy. Methods Select80 cases of uterine resection patients for research from June2013 to June2014 in our hospital, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group(n=40) according to the double chromosphere random grouping method. In the control group, they were received conventional nursing while in the observation group, they were treated with the full quality nursing mode. Then, the anxiety and depression status of the two groups were analyzed. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group; In addition, the clin- ical compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with hysterectomy, application of full quality care model which can signifi- cantly improve the patients with anxiety, depression and other adverse psycho1ogical state, enhance the patients treatment compliance, and speed up the recovery of patients, so as to improve the patient and family care satisfaction rate, promote the quality of care for continuous improvement, thus has important clinica1 application value.
