〇bjective Discussion on the preventive effect of high quality care during pregnancy maternal de-pression and other negative emotions. Methods Choose from May2012 to January 2015 in our hospital during the birth primipara94 cases were randomly divided into study group and the control group47 cases, 47 cases in the con- trol group were given routine maternity care, research groups were given high quality care using HAMD and HAMA score evaluate the changes observed two groups of maternal anxiety and depression in. Results When the women out of the hospital in the control group the incidence of anxiety and depression were significantly higher than the study group women, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the two women at discharge HAMD and HAMA scores were significantlylower when compared with admission, the study group remained relatively stable, discharge simultaneously Study Group mothers HAMD and HAMA scores were significantlylower than the contro1 group mothers, the differences were statistica11y signiflcant(」P<0.05). Cesarean section rate of study group was 12.8%, which1ower than the contro1 group29.8% , the difference was a statistica11y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion To give high quality matemal care during pregnancy can improve maternal bad mood, reduce the inci- dence of anxiety and depression, worthy of promotion.
