〇bjective To study the nursing intelvention for improving treatment adherence for patients withchronic hearL failure as well as Lhe ef「ecL of quality of life. Method Choose2013 December1 to December1, 2014 in our hospita1 heart medicine treatment of patients with chronic heart failure(not accompanied by other disea- ses) 200 cases for clinical study. Will collecL200 paLients according to random number table method was divided in- to contro1 group and experimenta1 group, 100 cases in each group. Contro1 group given conventiona1 nursing, the ex- perimental group on the basis of conventional nursing nursing intervention. 0n two groups of patients treatment com- pliance, the paper analyzes the quality of life, heart function. Results The treatment compliance rate of the nurs- ing intervention group was75%, significantly higher than that of the conventiona1 treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) ; the quality of life in nursing intervention group was better than that in the con- ventiona1 treatment group(P<0. 05) ; the HAMD score in the nursing intervention group was better than that in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure, nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients treatment compliance, improve the quality of life of patients, and effectively im_ prove the patients with anxiety, depression and other psychological symptoms, help to improve the clinical e価cacy, suitable for clinical application.
