难治性抑郁症患者无抽搐电休克治疗前后血清BDNF水平的动态观察

摘要
目的 探讨无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对难治性抑郁症(TRD)患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的影响。方法 收集符合条件的TRD患者共60例,MECT前和第2、4、8次MECT后检测血清BDNF浓度,汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评估。结果 (1)病例组第2、4、8次MECT后HAMD-17评分均明显低于MECT前(P <0.05);(2)病例组治疗前BDNF水平、治疗前与第8次治疗后BDNF变化值在性别、精神病与非精神病性抑郁、缓解与未缓解方面比较均无显著性差异(P >0.05);第8次MECT后BDNF水平在性别、精神病与非精神病性抑郁方面比较均无显著性差异(P >0.05),但在缓解与未缓解方面比较存在显著性差异(P <0.05)。(3)第8次MECT后HAMD评分与BDNF水平显著负相关(P <0.05)。结论 BDNF可能是TRD患者MECT疗效是否缓解的生物学指标。
