摘要	目的　探讨心理治疗联合药物治疗中青年精神分裂的临床效果及安全性。方法　选取我院收治的82例中青年精神分裂症患者为研究对象，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，每组各41例，对照组患者采取单纯药物治疗，观察组患者采取药物治疗联合综合心理治疗方法，对比两组治疗的临床效果及各类量表评分。结果　经治疗后，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P <0.05），观察组患者GAS、SSPI、BPRS、ADL、PANSS、MADRS各项量表评分均优于对照组（P <0.05），两组对比差异有统计学意义。结论　药物联合心理治疗临床效果显著，安全可靠，利于改善患者精神症状，提高患者社会功能，可推广应用。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and security of psychological therapy combined withdrug therapy in the treatment of young and middle-aged schizophrenia. Methods 46 cases of young and middle-agedpatients with schizophrenia in our hospital were collected as the subject investigated，all wererandomlydividedinto ，all wererandomlydividedinto all were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group，23casesineachgroup.Thepatientsof control groupreceiveddrugtherapyalone，，23casesineachgroup.Thepatientsof control groupreceiveddrugtherapyalone， 23 cases in each group.The patients of control group received drug therapy alone，the patients of observation group received psychological therapy combined with drug therapy，theclinical efficacyand ，theclinical efficacyand the clinical efficacy andthe scores of various kinds scale in the two groups were compared.
