MoCA与MMSE在酒精依赖患者认知功能评估中的应用分析

摘要	目的　探讨蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）与简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）在酒依赖患者认知功能评估中的应用。方法　选取酒依赖患者81例，分别用MoCA与MMSE进行认知功能评估，将两者评估结果进行比较，并对不同年龄、文化程度的患者进行比较。结果　MoCA评分低于MMSE评分，MoCA认知功能异常检出率（85.20％）高于MMSE（33.30％）（P =0.00），MMSE与MoCA评分呈正相关（r =0.83，P =0.00）。结论　MoCA更适合酒依赖患者认知功能的全面评估，相对于MMSE敏感性较高。
Abstract	Objective To probe the application of Montreal Cognitive Assessment（MoCA）andMini-mentalState （MoCA）andMini-mentalState MoCA）andMini-mentalState ）andMini-mentalState and Mini-mental StateExamination（MMSE）incognitiveevaluationof patientswithalcohol dependence. （MMSE）incognitiveevaluationof patientswithalcohol dependence.
