Objective To explore the effect of Group Interpersonal psychological intervention on reducing the selfperceived burden of patients with colorectal cancer under chemotherapy. Methods 64 cases of colorectal cancer patientsunder chemotherapy were divided into two groups（n =32）accordingtotheorderof admission. Thecontrol groupused ）accordingtotheorderof admission. Thecontrol groupused according to the order of admission. The control group usedusual care，thestudygroupincreasedGroupInterpersonal psychological intervention，comparedtheSPBS，MCMQ ，thestudygroupincreasedGroupInterpersonal psychological intervention，comparedtheSPBS，MCMQ the study group increased Group Interpersonal psychological intervention，comparedtheSPBS，MCMQ ，comparedtheSPBS，MCMQ compared the SPBS，MCMQ ，MCMQ MCMQand QLQ-CCC scores between two groups. Results After the intervention，SPBSandMCMQyieldscoresof study ，SPBSandMCMQyieldscoresof study SPBS and MCMQ yield scores of studygroup were significantly lower than the control group，QLQ-CCCandMCMQscoresweresignificantlyhigher， ，QLQ-CCCandMCMQscoresweresignificantlyhigher， QLQ-CCC and MCMQ scores were significantly higher，P <0.05.Conclusion Group Interpersonal psychological intervention of colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy canhelp alleviate the burden on the experience of self-feelings，andimprovetheirqualityoflife.
