| 摘要 |
信贷资金流向与经济结构错配、流动性总量盈余和结构性短缺并存限制着我国经济高质量发展。本文以微观主体为切入视角，分析基层央行和地方法人银行关于结构性货币政策的策略博弈和影响策略选择的微观行为，来探索疏通结构性货币政策路径。

| Abstract |
The coexistence of credit capital flow and economic structure mismatch, total liquidity surplus and structural shortage restrict the high-quality development of my countrys economy. From the perspective of micro-subjects, this paper analyzes the strategic game of the grass-roots central bank and local corporate banks on the structural monetary policy and the micro-behavior that affects the strategic choice, so as to explore the path of dredging the structural monetary policy.
