Objective　To explore the curative effect of Seretide combined with Wuling capsule in the treatmentof chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）complicated with anxiety. Methods　166 cases of hospitalizedCOPD complicated with anxiety patients of our hospital from January 2013 to July 2015 were divided into research groupand control group，patients in control group were treated with Seretide，while those in research group were cured witheretide combined with Wuling capsule. After the end of treatment，compare the pulmonary function，anxiety emotionand untoward effect of these two groups. Results　After the end of treatment，the pulmonary function of research groupwas significantly better than control group（P<0.01），HAMA score was significantly lower than control group（P<0.01），there was no statistical differences between these two groups（P>0.05）. Conclusion　Seretide combined with Wulingcapsule have good curative effect and high security in the treatment of COPD combined with anxiety，they are of greatsignificance to improve the patients’ life quality.
