【 Abstract】objective:To discuss the the cardiopulmonary function and anxiety of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training combined psychological intervention on patients with paraplegia.Methods:200 patients with paraplegia were retrospectively analyzed from September 2012 to December 2015 in our Hospitals. According to the intervention, all patients were divided into psychological group and routine group, 100 cases in each group, conventional group patients given regular intervention and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training,on the base, psychological group of patients given psychological intervention, the self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS) was used to assess anxiety, followed up for 3 months, analyzed all patients cardiopulmonary function[peak expiratory flow(PEF), forced expiratory volume in first second (FEV1), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)],the medical behavior, intervention before and after the intervention of anxiety in the 1, 2, 3 months. Results:Psychological group PEF,FEV1 and LVEF level were significantly higher than normal group, there were significant differences (P < 0.05);Psychological group medical behavior compliance rate was obviously higher than that of normal group, there were significant differences (P < 0.05); Psychological group after 1, 2, 3 months of SAS scores were significantly lower than normal group, with significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation training combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve heart and lung function in patients with paraplegia,it can improve patients compliance according to the medical behavior,it can reduce the patients anxiety,it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
