摘要	【摘要】探讨临床护理干预对于子宫癌术后并发抑郁患者情绪状态及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数字原则将80例子宫癌术后并发抑郁症患者分为观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预，对比两组患者的Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）及生活质量量表（QLQ-C30）评分。结果护理干预3个月后，两组的SAS、SDS及QLQ-C30量表评分均显著改善，且观察组显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论对子宫癌术后并发抑郁患者实施综合护理干预能够明显改善其负性情绪及生活质量。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life of uterine cancer patients with depression after surgery. Methods A total of 80 cancer patients with depression after surgery were randomly allocated to the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received only routine nursing care,the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of control group,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and Quality of Life Scale (QLQ-C30) between the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of nursing intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS and QLQ-C30 in the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group were significantly better than these in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotion and quality of life in uterine cancer patients with postoperative depression.
